MedAdvisor uses Apple Push Messaging and Google Cloud services to send push notifications to smartphones/devices. These services require internet access and are designed to continuously check for internet connectivity and send accordingly once internet access is restored.
Please also note that take-my-med reminders are managed locally on your smartphone, so you will receive these reminders regardless of whether you have internet access.
